Returns
We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are not, we will refund or replace your order up to 30 days after purchase. We would expect you to pay return postage.
Colours
Please note that the colour you perceive is very dependant on the conditions that you are viewing it in, but also the means whereby you are seeing it. This is particularly true when using an electronic device such as a PC, phone, tablet, or similar because they are not, with a very few exceptions, calibrated to any colour standard. However we do make our best efforts for our finished products to look realistic.
Sizes
Please wait for any printed item to arrive if you intend to frame it. As we have stated on the front page measurements are our best guess & there can be slight variations particularly when we have to use different suppliers because of shortages. We are happy to exchange sized clothing in accordance with the returns policy above, provided it is returned in unworn condition in the original packing.
Post & Packing
We use Royal Mail for items under 2kg in weight. Their Pricing in Proportion method is extremely difficult to replicate in a shopping cart & so we have adopted a per item method with the small parcel under 2kg as our starting price. This is sufficient to post our most popular item, a mug. Subsequent items each add £1.00. We think this is fair & reasonable for say 2 mugs, or a mug & say a badge, drinks coaster, or similar small item. However if you are only buying small items such as pens, badges, drinks coasters etc. please use the contact us link at the bottom of the page & request an invoice which can be paid by card if you do not have a PayPal account. We can then provide a realistic PnP charge. Print orders larger than A4 will be sent in a stout tube if we have one available, otherwise they will be sent in a well packed box. We are happy to post overseas, please use the contact us link to request a quote. Please note tax might be due for you to pay when the goods arrive in your country. BFPO addresses of course are an exception.
Delivery
We aim to post in stock items the next working day following receipt of the order. 1St class post is used if the PnP amount on the order allows it. For business reasons we might occasionally arrange for our suppliers to send your items direct to you & for this reason goods will not arrive quite as quickly. In any case we ask you to hang on for 21 days before raising a query about the arrival of an order.
